First steps – what happens once you sign with Ballard Property?

  • Advertising is submitted to various media and online outlets

Once this preparation work has begun we collect your keys (if appropriate) and store them in our secure, locked cabinet. We then arrange Open Days for inspections, typically twice per week.

Open Homes – minimising your disruption

For your security we collect contact details of all potential buyers inspecting your property at an Open Home. Our consultant will always be on site to accompany buyers, answer questions and gain feedback that we can then report back to you.

The Agent will closely watch buyers during a Home Open but, for your own peace of mind, we recommend removing any small valuables from sight prior to a Home Open.
